Experience and expertise are crucial; relationship is just as important. As we take the road less traveled together, we will get to know each other’s stories. The things that make us who we are. We will create a space to feel seen, heard, and valued; to choose courage over comfort – every step of the way.

Want to know more? Here are just a few stories that make up my own path…
I travel to hike! In 2019, I spent three weeks hiking solo throughout Croatia, Bosnia, and Montenegro. Other favorites include Samaria Gorge, Oaxacan mountains, Oregon coast, Banff, the Yorkshire Dales, and any part of Zion National Park.
Endo did not win! I’ve endured 13 surgeries in 20 years. “Lucky 13” should be the last. Complications have nearly taken my life. The pain of this disease does not define me, it has given me grit. I appreciate the little things. I have learned to tap into the healing power of nature, and to care for and listen to my body. I’m not afraid of dying; I’m afraid of not fully living. Every moment is a gift.
I’ve been playing, listening to, and watching music since I was a kid. For me it’s so much more than the notes on a page, it’s the stories told at their most raw self. I regularly host local and traveling artists’ shows in my home. I’m a sucker for the sound of a good vinyl. Favorites on constant rotation include Pierce Edens, Wolf and Moon, Ella Fitzgerald, Johnny Cash, The National, Brandi Carlile, David Ramirez, Roo Panes, and Against Me.
…downhill. ALL. THE. WAY. Fellow runners, you understand. Not far off the two-hour mark. All grit.
Who hasn’t failed? I’ve certainly had my lessons and I’ve had my wins. Every. Single. Day. With each detour I rebound faster, become more curious, and celebrate the opportunity to learn and move forward.
